A Legacy Held by Many
Barclay’s community included colleagues, students, collaborators, friends, family, professional peers and people he mentored throughout his life. Many knew him as a systems engineer and technologist. Others knew him as a teacher, author, advisor, speaker, colleague, friend or quiet encourager.
